First weekly tribe workout!

If you are fortunate enough to have trained at TNT HQ, you know we love our BURPEES!

So in honour of the movement we love so much the first addition to the weekly tribe workout will be:

Burpee EMOM

EMOM (Every Minute On the Minute) complete 10 Burpees, until you are unable to complete the 10 reps in 1 minute.

This workout starts off super easy - but trust me when I say it’s gets spicier as the minutes roll on. How far can you go before you are unable to complete 10 burpees in 1 min. Here at the TNT HQ we have a record of 19min before failure.
