TRIBE WEEKLY WORKOUT 10 - 22/11/22

Burpee Ball Burner

This one is going to get the legs and lungs burning!

 

We are going to start by completing an ascending ladder for time:
(time cap 10min optional if you are more conditioned with burpees)

1 - 10reps

Burpees

Wallballs

Record the time it takes you to complete the ladder, (1 burpee + 1 wallball - 2 burpees + 2 wallballs - up to 10reps of each). Then Rest for 5min and complete the ladder descending "in the same time it took you to go up"

Example: If it took you 8min to ascend the ladder, you have 8min to complete the ladder descending. 

Can you do the ladder down in the same time it took you to climb up it?

Can you complete the workout in the time cap?
