TRIBE WEEKLY WORKOUT 2 - 28/08/22

Todays Tribe workout is a quick but brutal burner…

This workout starts off super easy, gets a burn going from rep 7 on the way up, to rep 6 on the way down, and the finishes as a sprint!

Ladder style workout to be completed for time:

1 to 10 - then - 10 to 1

  • Burpees
  • Mountain Climbers
  • Sit Ups
- Starting at 0:00 on timer, complete the workout for time. Start with 1 rep of each movement, then 2 of each, 3 of each… up to 10 of each. Then redo 10 of each movement as you work your way back down the ladder of reps. *Note* You must come back up to standing after your last burpee before you drop into the mountain climber position, don’t just stay down in the plank position from your burpee and proceed into mountain climbers. Challenge yourself to get the most out of this workout!
