Today we are going to be channeling one of my favorite hero's, or (ANTI-hero) I guess some people would say - and tap into the darker and more powerful parts of our beings to crush this workout. The reason I like the Punisher so much, is that he is a normal human being with super human grit - tenacity - and a will to Muck shit up. A no quit attitude and a will to see the task at hand through, can make anyone a monster or super human. Too often when tasks get hard, or what people believed they signed on for - becomes more then they had envisioned... They quit.
From our other weekly workouts, you can see there is a trend of doing hard shit, and building mental toughness around seeing those hard workouts through. This is another conditioning workout that is going to help build up that gas tank of resiliency. Channel your inner Punisher - and do not give in to those thoughts that tell you to stop, or cut one round short, or cheat a rep here or there. Keep pushing... Soon enough workouts like these will be nothing but a mere bump on the road, and you will be unbreakable in the world of your own fitness.
