Our favourite time of the year next to Christmas, and for the entire month we will be posting “Halloween” themed workout for you to enjoy.
To start off our Halloween madness, we are borrowing a favourite WOD that is a staple workout for our staff at TNT.
31 KB Swings
31 Box Jumps (24”/20”)
31 Push Press (75/55lbs)
31 Pull Ups
31 Slam balls
31 DB Snatches
1031 meter Run/Row/Bike to finish.
All of these movements are perfect preparation for any spooky/scary Halloween encounter! Burpees being a staple because if you ever get knocked down in life, you trip while running for your life, or get pushed by your would be spooker - it’s great practise to bounce right back up and continue on your way. Otherwise we train to push/pull/jump/throw to save our lives, should we ever find ourselves in a scary encounter. If you are training harder then Michael, Freddy, Jason, or Pennywise then what is there to really be scared of 😁👻
