TRIBE WEEKLY WORKOUT 7 - 12/10/22

March of Death 

Hey Tribe! This is our second Halloween workout, and this one is inspired to march you right to the reaper himself 💀 The best way to face your maker is to dig in to the workout pacing yourself to complete just one rep at a time, and make sure not to sprint to your end to quickly and burning out faster then intended! 

EMOM until failure

1 Burpee 

1 Double Under 

Adding 1 rep to each movement every minute.

exp:

@ go (0:00) complete 1 Burpee + 1 DU, 1:00 complete 2 Burpees + 2 DU, 2:00 complete 3 of each… and so on until you can’t complete the reps in the minute. 

REST 3-4 min.

Then complete a time. 

exp:

You failed at 18reps/movement, then start - 18reps each movement, 17/movement, 16/15/…2/1.
