This is the complete training system. It is built for those who want it all throughout their mission. Any experience level can be trained to their peak performance with Alpha. Not only do you get face to face training at TNT HQ where you will be built up step by step, you will have ongoing coaching to keep you accountable towards your progress, and every manner of assistance to ensure your success. Alpha Training will provide you with 1 on 1 training session, + programming + coaching on nutrition, recovery, stress management, as well as help you develop unbeatable habits & a mental toughness that will progress in every facet of your life. The step up from Bravo, you get everything you need to make sure you have succeed in your training towards mission success.

What does this look like?
We will start with a consult to discuss your goals, experience, abilities, restrictions, and all things related to your path to achieving your success.
If accepted into Alpha then you will come out to TNT HQ for your 1 on 1 training sessions, get face to face training in a private studio gym, with access to everything you could need for your fitness + have access to outdoor training as well. You will receive customized programming for you to continue around your in person session that are built to accelerate your progress towards your goals, as well as get ongoing coaching in your nutrition, SSR, habits & mindset.
Every week we will have a Buddy check around your in person sessions to examine where we are on the path to your goals and you will always have access to your coach to answer any questions you need to see you succeed.
How many sessions per week?
This is where Alpha separates from the rest of the Tiers.
Base price is for 1 in person session/week for 4 weeks. (total 4 sessions/month) + all the additional coaching extras, ongoing check ins, nutrition coaching, habit building, Sleep/Stress/Recovery coaching and more.
While some clients find 1session/week plus workouts on their own beneficial - some clients require more face to face time to be successful (especially if new to training, or coming back from an injury requiring more corrective exercise or recovery work) If this is the case we offer multi-session prices when purchased upfront for the month. The more sessions you purchase the more you will save + you get free sessions with the more you book.

Bravo Tier

This training is built for those who want the coaching experience throughout their mission. In Bravo you will have a battle buddy hold you accountable towards your progress, assist you in every aspect of your fitness, and tread the path with you towards your success. Bravo Training will provide you with the programming + coaching on nutrition, recovery, and stress management, as well as help you develop unbeatable habits & a growth mindset that will help you thrive. The step up from Charlie, you not only get the extras to make sure you have everything your need for your training but you will also have a battle buddy check every week to assess how the mission is progressing.

You will also have additional check-ins throughout the week to ensure accountability towards your progress. Bravo is where guidance becomes coaching - and a coach is always there to answer the call. Questions about fitness - msg your coach, questions about nutrition - msg your coach, feeling stressed and need a reminder on how to center yourself - msg your coach. (responses are guaranteed <48hrs) But rest assured they will be answered and support is always there in Bravo!

Charlie Tier
Charlie Tier - $200/month
For those that want programming, and to be set on their mission with a guide.
This training is great for those with some experience around training and in the gym, looking to get back after it, or are focused on what they want but need the extra guidance to make sure they get there. Charlie Training will provide you with the programming you need to accomplish your goals + overview your nutrition, and help build habits & mindset geared towards your success. The step up from Delta, you not only get the extras to make sure you thrive with your training but you will have access to a coach throughout your training, with weekly check-ins to ensure you stay the course, as well as access to help at any point in your training.

You will also always have access to a coach via email or text to answer any questions, provide feedback, substitutions, or anything that you require to succeed in your training.

Delta Tier
Delta Tier - $100/month
For those that want the programming, to be pointed in a guided direction, and then set out on their mission alone.
This training is great for those with experience around training, not new in the gym, and are focused on what they want but need direction to get there. Delta Training will provide you with the programming you need to accomplish your goals, you will get a check in to make sure the training is pointing you towards mission success, and you will have access to a coach throughout your training but at your discretion, as its understood that you know your path to walk - when you walk the Delta way.

You will always have access to a coach however - only an email or text away from answering any questions, providing feedback, substitutions, anything that you require to succeed in your training. In Delta it is understood that you don't require the constant attention to get your training done, and you have the drive to seek out your own growth, which is why the coach is always available to you (YOU are the priority) but we know a wolf on a hunt does not need to be distracted so we let you come to us - instead of constantly coming to you.

Nutrition Coaching
Our goal with TNT nutrition is for every client to have the best transformational experience in either how they feel, how they perform, or with their body composition. This service offers customized nutrition coaching and nutrition education to help you reach your goals.
Whether you are looking for improved sports performance and sports nutrition, building healthier eating habits, or looking for weight loss help, our nutrition guidance and approach to coaching will help you adapt and overcome to achieve all of your goals.
Typically, the average client will spend 1-3 months with our program, with initial check ins every week - moving to every 2- weeks as you progress! All of our prospective clients will have an initial free consultation where we can assess your needs, get a chance to meet you, before we jump into your specialty programming.
What does this programming look like:
- First, we will have a free consultation to make sure this fits your wants/needs
- We will then conduct an assessment to start the process of building your nutrition program
- We will teach you how to eat better, and provide nutrition education
- We will provide information on vitamins/supplementation
- We will support you and help you stay on track
- We will meet every few weeks (could be more/could be less)
- We will review your progress with you consistently and make changes as required to keep you on your path to success

Personal Training Punch Pass
** GREATER SUDBURY AREA ONLY ** LOCATED ONAPING ON.
Any experience level can be trained to their peak performance, and our Multi-Session Pass allows you the flexibility to get that training in even if you cant make it every week. Purchase a 5 - 10 - or 20 session pass that is valid for 90 days from purchase and get the face to face personal training that works around your schedule. You get 1 on 1 training working towards your goals, deficiencies or specific recovery, at times that are convenient for you and not locked in to weekly training.
Sessions are booked in advance 24hrs notice - based on availability.
If you dont require the ongoing coaching, or dont want the extras of Alpha - but would like face to face time with a Personal Trainer to fix your lifts, push you to new limits, work on weaknesses, and get an amazing workout in - in a private gym studio, most importantly without needing to worry about setting up time each week or multiple times per week to get to the gym then this is the best fit for you!

HOW LONG UNTIL I SEE RESULTS?
This depends on your commitment to your training, how active you are, what your nutrition looks like, and your recovery. Typically our athletes notice changes within the first 4 weeks of starting their training and continue to see results as they continue. (Individual results vary your lifestyle/health history/training intensity/& metabolism.)
WILL I LOOSE WEIGHT/BUILD MUSCLE?
If you are consistent with your training regimen and make positive nutritional choices you will most definitely see changes in your body. The best way of gauging your progression is by looking at your body’s composition throughout your training and visually seeing new muscles grow, and other areas slim out with new definition. Everyone’s body changes and adapts differently to training and we try not to focus on “scale” numbers, but instead look at how you feel during training and throughout the day to gauge your progression. But yes - hahaha you will see changes!
DO YOU OFFER MEAL PLANS?
We do not offer any meal plans, but instead can provide you with proper nutritional advice, and have a good look into your current eating habits to provide education and suggestions that can lead to sustainable changes that can have positive effects on both your training and day to day life.
HOW DOES YOUR ONLINE TRAINING WORK?
When you sign up for customized personal training, you will have a free consultation to talk about your fitness goals, abilities, experience, limitations, and much more. From there I will develop a custom training plan specifically for you, then create and deliver your program via PDF so you can take/follow your program with you where ever you go. Progress checks via Zoom will happen throughout your training to see if changes need to be made, and you will have access either via email or txt to coach support throughout the entire process!
WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?
Our cancellation policy is 24hrs prior to your scheduled appointment (no cancellation fee - rescheduled based on availability). We understand that things happen and emergencies pop up that are out of our control, however we also have to be able to respect our other client commitment and the schedules of our trainer. We ask that you reach out via phone/email if you are not able to meet your scheduled appointments or consultations.
